How do the hospitality programme contracts work?
Essentially similar to a management contract, we will discuss person by person as they may change based on requirements.
But the bare bones, we help set up your properties listing them on our website and our partner’s website. When bookings come in we take a small cut after rent and extras have been paid for, this is usually £700 depending on the size of the property.
We manage the whole thing, from cleaners to gardeners ensuring that the rent is always paid.
What happens when famous guests stay at the property?
We try to obtain signatures for our landlords but of course that is a matter of privacy. We may also notify you before or after depending on what the property is being used for, for example, filming a vlog etc.
Will I get a business rate?
If you are asking under the guaranteed rent scheme, we can discuss that further with you personally.
With the hospitality programme, you will most likely be getting on average a higher rate anyways. Aside from our cut we don’t take extra. If your rent is £7,000 and we achieve a monthly profit of £9,000 you will take home £7000 plus £1300 whilst we take our £700.
