Basic Guest Queries
What happens when we have problems?

Contact guest communications as soon as possible, if you have problems that you’d like to address after the tenancy is over but have already left malicious comments and reports we will not answer any further enquires/ provide refunds as the direct teams will manage those.

Always tell us in advance as we have our cleaners set the properties for the amount shown on the booking, if you decide to bring more your tenancy will either be terminated or you will be charged.

Tell us as soon as you notice, our cleaners are told to place valuables in shelves or to dispose of anything they don’t see as valuable. If you tell us too late we cannot guarantee if the item has been kept or thrown.

Commercial Use Queries
Can we use the photos from the website?

No, the photos are copyrighted to Isatrad properties. Any use of these photos may result in reports, etc. 

If you would like to use the photos, please request a commercial release form; if you are a non-profit you will be given free use, if you are a profit use company our team may charge you.

(This is protection against fraudulent use of our properties to advertise as their own)

The likely hood is no, our team require a day to set up any extra requirements (lights, sound, etc)

We require at least a week’s notice to check stock, if you do not require anything for the booking then you are more likely to be permitted same day booking.

Our properties tend to circle off and on the website depending on bookability, the property may be undergoing renovations or let long term. If anything contact us if you would like to use it that way we can confirm whether it is avaliable or not.
