⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?

We always try to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs when possible.
These are available on request and may incur an additional fee, depending on our cleaning schedule and guest turnover.

If you’d like to:

  • Check in before 3:00 PM, or

  • Check out after 10:00 AM,

please let us know in advance. We’ll confirm availability closer to the date.

🕒 What are the check-in and check-out times?

  • Check-in: From 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

💳 Do you require a security deposit?

Yes — a £300 fully refundable security deposit is required.

This is securely processed via Charge Automation as a precaution for any damages during your stay.

  • You’ll receive a secure payment link via email before your arrival.

  • The deposit is fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no issues.

📶 Is there free Wi-Fi at the property?

Yes! High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, free of charge.
You’ll receive the Wi-Fi name and password in your check-in instructions.

Check-in is fast and easy with a digital lockbox located at the property.

  • You’ll receive detailed check-in instructions (including your unique code) via email before your stay.
