Isatrad Properties follows a straightforward process to secure corporate leases for landlords:
1. Isatrad Properties views and evaluates the property.
2. If the property matches our requirements, it is approved.
3. Isatrad Properties then submits an offer to the landlord, detailing terms, lease length, and other conditions.
4. The landlord accepts the offer.
5. Isatrad Properties notifies companies within the region.
6. Interested companies conduct viewings.
7. The landlord chooses which company to rent to.
What we require from you
Ensure that the property's fundamental components are in good condition. This includes the roof, the exterior and structure of the property, and that the boiler and electrics are functional.
Ensure that you have the proper environmental and safety certificates in place. (gas safety certificates. electrical safety, an asbestos survey, EPC).
Make sure you keep up with maintaining your mortgage, if you have one.
Provide Copy of Land Registry to confirm ownership of property.
